2. How to order?
If our current styles do not meet your needs, please communicate your specific usage scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will promptly send you a tailored product album for selection. Provide us with the desired product quantity and usage date, and our foreign trade manager will reach out within 1 hour to offer expert guidance.

3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit prior to production commencement and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are equipped with an advanced ERP quality management system. This ensures that employees adhere to standardized production protocols, guaranteeing product consistency. Each item undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, followed by random QC checks prior to delivery, in accordance with Factory Standard 2134.

5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate sample orders. While spot samples are offered free of charge, we also provide complimentary proofing for customized products, or waive mold fees, depending on the order quantity.

6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
A formal specification contract will be signed before production initiates.
We offer multiple reliable payment methods to ensure secure transactions.
Pre-production proofing samples will be provided for your acceptance, ensuring the final product adheres to the approved sample's specifications.
Pre-payment is often required to commence manufacturing, allowing us to secure raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate resources effectively, thus ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
